Weekly Practice:
Mondays 6-7pm
Tuesdays 6-7:30pm
Thursdays 6-7:30pm
We had a wonderful 2024 season with over 40 athletes qualifying and participating in the AAU Junior Olympics Games held in
North Carolina. We came home with 11 medals and a National Champion!
Things that we will work on with the athletes:
· Strength
· Endurance
· Form/Technique/ and Strategy for Outdoor Track /Field
· Teamwork
· Confidence in achieving their goals
· Learning new things
